xlnx-firmware (2022.1-1-0ubuntu1~22.04.1) jammy; urgency=medium

  * SRU to jammy (LP: #1976230)
    - Use an upstream for non-native package; this one is based on the GitHub
      generated tarball for the v2022.1_22.04_1 tag.
    - debian/copyright: sync it with the tarball on Xilinx GitHub
    - debian/control: add device-tree-compiler for building dtb
    - debian/rules: add function to get source tarball from GitHub
    - Add Makefile for building dtb and install firmware
    - Remove unnecessary README and install hook
    - Remove --with systemd because the systemd service for creating a link
      for xclbin is unnecessary now
