  * Drop patch merged upstream:
    - 0001-OvmfPkg-FvbServicesSmm-use-the-VmgExitLibNull.patch
  * qemu-efi-arm: Build with non-hard-float ARM compiler, allowing
    us to stop carrying debian/patches/ftbfs-gcc-11.patch.
