    - CPU sum in /proc/stat is now preserved on cpuset changes
    - Expose an empty cgroup tree when host system is on a unified hierarchy

    - Correct bad release tarball (missing files)

    - Fixed a potential deadlock in the cpuinfo handler
    - Reduced daemon verbosity
