  * debian/mrtg.README.Debian: updated group name for some directories.
  * debian/mrtg.service: added options LogsDirectory, LogsDirectoryMode,
    StateDirectory and StateDirectoryMode, all needed to allow MRTG to create
    /var/lib/mrtg and /var/log/mrtg while using the User option.
