    - Remove "Build-Depends: dpkg-dev (>= 1.16.0)", and from bzip2-doc
      "Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.4) | install-info" which are no longer necessary
    - Remove leading '/' from path in debian/libbz2-dev.install
