  * d/plplot-tcl.lintian-overrides: Update message for tag
    package-name-doesnt-match-sonames
  * Proper installation of the plplot*.jar files
    + d/control:
      - Build-depend on javahelper
      - Add ${java:Depends} to the list of dependencies of libplplot-java
    + d/libplplot-java.install: Do not install the /usr/share/java directory
    + d/libplplot-java.jlibs: Declare plplot.jar
    + d/rules:
      - Use "--with javahelper" in dh sequencer
      - Override dh_missing for exclusion of usr/share/java/plplot.jar
