wmforecast (1.6-1~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release:
    - Add support for libgweather 40; needed for fetching forecast data after
      yr.no -> met.no change
    - Add support for older libgweather versions (>= 3.11.3).
      Note that with the recent yr.no -> met.no change, using a version < 40
      will only display current conditions and no forecast data.
  * debian/control: Build depend on libgweather 40.
    Even though upstream supports both versions we're going to only support
    libgweather 40 in debian, so we need to ensure that we're rebuilding
    against it.

  * debian/control
    - Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.1.
    - Add ca-certificates to Depends; needed to avoid "Unacceptable
      TLS certificate" warnings when getting IWIN forecast data.
  * debian/salsa-ci.yml
    - Set RELEASE to 'experimental' for now.
