  * Enable lld on s390x
  * remove libomptarget from openmp. done by upstream
    in f2f88f3e7a110b2d4d9da446e45f0dba040e62b2
    but install /usr/lib/llvm-13/lib/libomptarget-amdgcn-*.bc
    Only install these files on amd64, ppc64el & arm64
    See openmp/libomptarget/deviceRTLs/amdgcn/CMakeLists.txt
  * Revert D94333.diff as it breaks the ci
