   * curl_check_open_basedir.patch:
     - Don't crash if curl_init() is called without parameters.
     - Ignore hostname part in file:// URL.
     - Compare against "file://" case insensitively.
     - Also check URLs in curl_setopt with CURL_URL.
   * Thanks to Adam Conrad for finding these issues and for the patch.
