cantor (4:20.08.3-1ubuntu1) hirsute; urgency=medium

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Kubuntu Vcs fields.
    - Bumped build deps to always build with latest analitza.
    - Keep cantor-dev package.
    - Build with Julia on supported architectures, and re-add backend package.
    - Breaks/Replaces and maintscipt for config files moved from main cantor
      package to their respective backends.
    - Temporarily demote maxima to a recommends, while it is not available
      on all architectures.

    cantor-backend-scilab, as it will not be supported anymore soon on those

  * Bump the debhelper compatibility to 13:
    - switch the debhelper-compat build dependency to 13
  * Re-export upstream signing key without extra signatures.
  * Set fields Upstream-Name, Upstream-Contact in debian/copyright.
  * Remove obsolete fields Contact, Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already
    present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
  * Update install files.
