   * debian/patches/10_pan_manpage.patch: patch renames a file, target file
     has changed, updated patch accordingly.
   * debian/patches/15_ltpmenu.patch: ported patch forward
   * debian/patches/30_amd64_buildfix.patch: drop .rej hunk, cthon04 test is
     no more so drop that hunk
   * debian/patches/40_fix_shmem9_on_sparc.diff: partially fixed upstream,
     port the rest forward, from ubuntu patchset
   * debian/patches/50_use_bash.diff: pull from ubuntu patchset
   * debian/patches/60_posix-fixes.patch: new patch, fixes runtime bashisms
   * debian/patches/61_use_ltptools_path.patch: runltp has some pathing issues
     when installed and relocated
   * debian/ltp-tools.install: runltp now requires ChangeLog
   * debian/ltp-kernel-test.install, debian/ltp-network-test.install: fs and fsx
     test should be in the kernel batch, not the network batch, add math, pty,
     nptl, containers, controllers, and filecaps to the kernel batch, per
     default runltp run
