   * Update Standards-Version to 3.7.3. No changes needed.
   * Remove clean-patched target and make the clean target call make unpatch at
     the end, to eliminate the unsafe handling when called using -j.
   * Recommend: a file download tool (Closes Ubuntu#173590).
