* The license of Tachometer.c was fixed by upstream, so we're able to build
and ship xgpsspeed again.

Tachometer.c-removal.dpatch, python-setup.dpatch,
no-xgpsspeed-manpage.dpatch, gps.h-fix.dpatch, libgpsmm.h-fix.dpatch
