   * Synchronize to locales data from glibc 2.6.1, since belocs-locales-data
     seems unmaintained at the moment.
   * Create a proper patch lv_LV_abday.patch for our remaining delta: Remove
     the stray spaces from abbreviated Latvian weekday names. (LP #58338)
   * Add test-locales: Script to test-build all supported locales to catch
     errors.
   * debian/control: Bump dependency to belocs-locales-bin to get the map
     fixes.
   * Add debian/patches/sr_RS_currency.patch: Fix international currency
     symbol: RSD -> CSD (according to ISO-4217).
   * Add debian/patches/iso14651_t1_filename.patch: Fix iso14651_t1 inclusion
     in ky_KG and uk_UA; our belocs-locales-bin does not understand the <U1234>
     syntax in include files.
   * Add debian/patches/serbia_country_num.patch: Fix numeric country code of
     Serbia.
