  * rebuild with mdds >= 1.6.0 (closes: #964613)

  * Trim trailing whitespace.
  * Bump debhelper from deprecated 9 to 12.
  * Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository,
    Repository-Browse.
  * Drop unnecessary dh arguments: --parallel
  * Remove Section on libixion-0.15-0 that duplicates source.

  * Use dh_makeshlibs -VNone to revert to the behaviour pre-dh >=12.
