  * Various security hardening fixes (LP: #1903332)
    - apport/fileutils.py: drop privileges in the correct order, limit
      settings file size.
    - apport/apport/report.py: properly drop privileges, limit ignore file
      size.
    - data/apport: drop supplemental groups.
