  * Enable LLVM_ENABLE_DUMP (Closes: #956966)
  * Move binfmt-support as Recommends llvm-10-runtime
    instead of a strong dependencies (Closes: #958127)
  * build libc++ with -DLIBCXX_USE_COMPILER_RT=YES
    and -DLIBCXXABI_USE_COMPILER_RT=YES
  * Remove D76596.diff (merged upstream)

  * Don't run tests on riscv64/Ubuntu for now, the virtual machines timeout
    during testsuite (probably lack of proper capable hardware to run it)
