Can fwts dump the system event log records of SMBIOS type 15?

fwts has dmicheck which includes all smbios types check.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FirmwareTestSuite/Reference/dmicheck

you can simply check with below command

$sudo fwts dmicheck

and if you would like to dump smbios, you can use the tools, dmidecode, 
to do it.
