Patches to update device information

All,

I have a patch for two items related to FWTS. The first is to add a recognized GUID to the wmi code. It is a GUID for the Intel WFDE device (Wifi Dynamic SAR). The second is to handle the EV_COMPACT_HASH event type in the tpmevlogdump.

I will be glad to go create launchpad issues if needed. Also would you like me to separate these as two separate items?
