ACPI: Check byte access of GPE registers

Dear fwts folks,


It looks like coreboot created incorrect ACPI code [1].

Additionally, Microsoft Windows 10 at least seems to check them in some 
kind of way (but not for correct width apparently).

It’d be great, if you could add such checks to fwts.
