About unable to download the FWTS source code

It was also reported some people cannot git clone from git://
kernel.ubuntu.com/hwe/fwts.git, due to technical issues - especially from
China (GreatWall maybe?). It is also possible that company's IT blocks some
ports or accesses.

The latest fwts is indeed 19.06.00 on both repo.

Colin Ian King is also a FWTS maintainer and he syncs repo to github for
people who are not able to clone from kernel.ubuntu.com. Both repos are
identical except github may have very small delay when we push new code to
kernel.ubuntu.com.
