About unable to download the FWTS source code

Hi,

We use GIT to clone git://kernel.ubuntu.com/hwe/fwts.git and http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/hwe/fwts.git/.
But we can't download the source code normally.
Could you please tell me how to download the source code or how to register account to access http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/hwe/fwts.git/? Thanks.
