FWTS tip does not compile

Yes, This needs tobe added for README file "Dependencies" section.  While
adding please add and arrange the dependencies in alphabetical order as
below

autoconf, automake, bison, dkms, flex, libfdt-dev, libglib2.0-dev, libtool,
libpcre3-dev, libjson0-dev
