Patch backlog again..

Hi there,

There is a bit of a patch backlog building up again, some of the patches
(such as from jk and last months ACPICA updates) have been lingering for
quite a while now.   I understand the UEFI plugfest and other activities
have impacted on the ability to get the reviews completed, but it would
be useful to clear this backlog before we start turning the crank and
pushing out the changes and fixes for the Utopic cycle.
