Fwd: [Build #5826231] arm64 build of fwts 14.03.00-0ubuntu1 in ubuntu trusty PROPOSED

Our PPAs do not have the ability to build arm64 packages (nor ppc64 either)
It will be difficult to debug this way.

Probably we should just skip fwts-test on these arches until we find a
way to enable them in our PPAs.

any thought?
