build fail for the next release V14.03.00 on armhf and powerpc

Hi all,

I have tried to build for the next release V14.03.00 for armhf and 
powerpc on the Scratch PPA,
https://launchpad.net/~firmware-testing-team/+archive/scratch

Both armhf and powerpc build fail due to it cannot pass the make check.
This might block the release for the trusty next week. So that's figure 
it out what's the solution.
