[PATCH][FWTS-TEST] update to sync with latest fwts

fwts commit 95768294f506ec4e93494ffcd8610a7567bba8c7 re-worked some
of the test descriptions to make fwts less Ubuntu specific, so we
need to update the test to keep in sync with fwts. Also add the new
prs test.
