patches pending review and inclusion to fwts git repo

Hi there,

I'm off on my Christmas vacation end of Friday this week. I was
wondering if the pending fwts patches in this list can be reviewed and
included into the fwts git repo before the end of this year?

I think I'm nearing the end of the changes I want to put into fwts for
this release cadence, I won't be submitting any more patches until the
current set of patches are reviewed as I won't be able to respond to any
issues until 2014.
