Firmware Test Suite 13.08.00 is released

Hi all:
  fwts 13.08.00 is released just now.

  The source tarball is available at
http://fwts.ubuntu.com/release/fwts-V13.08.00.tar.gz

  For Ubuntu users, the debs are available in the PPA

  The new release is also uploaded to Saucy-proposed. It will land in
Saucy proper soon.
