start to use the launchpad milestone for tracking fwts bugs

Hi all:
  I will start to experiment using the LP milestone function for
tracking the fwts bug.

  As only a "project" in LP can have a milestone, for those who
subscribed the launchpad fwts bugs, you may notice a few "also affect"
notifications from the bugs reported Ubuntu in the fwts package.
That's because a package can't have s separate milestone other than
the Ubuntu's.

  This will not affect the current workflow or developing model. This
is just for the tracking purpose.

  Just want to give you a head-up for the the extra mail traffic. :-)
