fwts V0.26.08-rc2 review

Hi all:
  The V0.26.08-rc2 tag is in both fwts and fwts-test git trees.

  All fwts-test tests passed (failure.log attached)

fwts changelog since V0.26.08-rc1:
    None

fwts-test changelog since V0.26.08-rc1:

    arg-log-format-0001: keep in sync with latest changes in fwts
    klog-0001: update test data - keep in sync with klog changes


  Now please consider Ack for this release.
