[PATCH 2/2] uefi: uefirtvariable: minor code tidy up, constify and statics

Tidy up the code, make gtestguid1, gtestguid2, attributes and
variablenametest static. Remove FWTS_UNUSED(fw) from
uefirtvatiable_deinit(). Constify some function args.
