fwts V0.25.04-rc2 release review

Dear all:
  There are some efforts in after the previous -rc1 review in fixing
the CMOS check in the case that the ACPI tables are loaded from files.

  The paches are:

  [fwts V0.25.04-rc1..V0.25.04-rc2]

    debian: Fix up the dependency of debian packages
    [1/2] lib: fwts_acpi_tables: add ACPI table provenance
    [2/2] apci: acpitables: only check CMOS in BOOT table from
firmware tables (LP: #1016469)


  [fwts-test V0.25.04-rc1..V0.25.04-rc2]

    [1/2] arg-table-path-0001: update to keep in sync with fwts (LP: #1016469)
    [2/2] acpidump-0001: update to keep in sync with fwts (LP: #1016469)


  fwts and fwts-test V0.25.04-rc2 passes all the tests on my testing
(failure.log attached).

  As mentioned in the previous mail, I expect two ACKs on the release.
And I think V0.25.04-rc2 is qualified to release, so
