New git branch for Precise

Hi all:
  There is a branch "precise" made in the git tree
(git://kernel.ubuntu.com/hwe/fwts.git) for the stable (or soon will
be) maintenance for Precise release.
  The current head is the tag of V0.24.21.

  I think that it is a good idea to follow the Ubuntu kernel
convention to indicate the target release in the braces in the patch
subject if one intends to modify/alter/fix bugs the stable branch.

  Any comment?
