Introducing the fwts-announce mailing list

Hi,

For those who care about the FirmWare Test Suite (FWTS) 
<https://launchpad.net/%7Efirmware-testing-team> and the FWTS-Live 
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareEnablementTeam/Documentation/FirmwareTestSuiteLive> 
projects. We're now introducing a new mailing list fwts-announce 
<https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/fwts-announce> dedicated for 
the announcements of new releases and big changes to these two projects.

Meanwhile, the existing fwts-devel 
<https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/fwts-devel> list will 
continue to serve its purpose for patch reviews and discussions among 
the developers.

For more information about FWTS and FWTS-Live, please refer to the 
project's public wiki pages [1] [2].
