Firmware Test Suite 13.12.00 released

Hi all:
  fwts 13.12.00 is release.

  The source tarball is available at
http://fwts.ubuntu.com/release/fwts-V13.12.00.tar.gz

  For Ubuntu users, the debs are available in the PPA

  The new release is also uploaded to the Ubuntu 14.04 archive.
