Bug description:
  Linux has removed a bunch of code in this commit:
  https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/64edfa65062dc4509ba75978116b2f6d392346f5

  One of those removed headers was referenced in LLVM. Upstream has provided a fix:
  https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/194116/changes

  While there was some discussion of backporting this officially
  upstream, there is no new version of LLVM 18. Accordingly, we need to
  backport it ourselves.
