The service is now reachable again (not all debug data of all supported
Ubuntu releases have been indexed yet).

Bug description:
   affects debuginfod
   affects ubuntu/debuginfod

  Downloading debug symbols usind debuginfod-find from
  https://debuginfod.ubuntu.com is not possible.

  First and foremost I don't believe it is a bug in the debuginfod
  package itself, but rather in the infrastructure. However, since I had
  to link a related package I used debuginfod.

  Since probably a week or two, I am unable to use the aforementioned resource. The following behavior is observed:
  DNS resolution succeeds
  TCP connection succeeds
  TLS handshake succeeds
  HTTP request is sent
  No HTTP response is received
  Please see the logs attached.

  I am working on a company-managed machine. I have tried to query the
  resource from network alternative to corporate one, e.g. mobile
  hotspot (without VPN activated on the host), but the behavior is the
  same.

  I am using a WSL setup, but the behavior is also the same on my office
  windows machine.

  My ubuntu version in WSL:

  No LSB modules are available.
