  Use ubuntu-image from stable channel for stonking builds

Bug description:
  We recently [1] switched to the edge channel for ubuntu-image [2] for
  Stonking builds. By the time Stonking Beta is prepared, the snap
  should be promoted to stable, and we need to undo the switch. This
  bug's sole purpose is to keep track of this situation and to remember
  to switch back.

  The reason for switching to edge was that we needed a change [3] in
  that fixes the issue of debootstrap failing because the package gpgv
  is missing (after switching LP build hosts to Sequoia).
