I just put a section in the Oracular release notes about the dmraid
removal. If there's strong opinions against it please do let me know and
I'd be glad to have a discussion.

  the delta for Ubuntu was related to kpartx-boot, now removed from multipath-tools

  I uploaded a dmraid without that delta to ease removal of NBS kpartx-
  boot
