** Description changed:

- Ubuntu-release-upgrade fails because it won't ignore zoneminder which must NOT be upgraded.
- I had already commented out that ppa because the release-upgrade wouldn't even start with that ppa listed.
- I have zoneminder frozen at the last release that actually works.
