It seems you have marked the nautilus-share package as "hold" (H), so it cannot be upgraded to the version required by nautilus in 24.04, and therefore, the upgrade fails. Please use `apt-mark showhold` to list all held packages and `apt-mark unhold` to remove the hold on them before upgrading.
