Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

Add an entry for the HiFive Premier P550 to /usr/share/flash-
  kernel/db/all.db:

  Machine: SiFive HiFive Premier P550
  Kernel-Flavors: any
  DTB-Id: eswin/eic7700-hifive-premier-p550.dtb
  Boot-Script-Path: /boot/boot.scr
  U-Boot-Script-Name: bootscr.uboot-generic
  Required-Packages: u-boot-tools

This entry is needed for copying the device-tree on the HiFive Premier
P550 to the location where GRUB expects it.

  [ Test Plan ]

  Run 'flash-kernel $(uname -r)' on a HiFive Premier P550 and check that
  the correct device-tree (eswin/eic7700-hifive-premier-p550.dtb) is
  installed.

Run 'flash-kernel $(uname -r)' on a SiFive HiFive Unmatched board and
check that the correct device-tree (sifive/hifive-unmatched-a00.dtb)
  is installed.

[ Where problems could occur ]

Only the database db/all.db is changed.

The database could be corrupted and installation of device-tree's
  might fail.

  [ Other Info ]

  n/a
