Hi The title is incorrect.
Today I have answered no thanks 2 times, to upgrade 22.04.5 LTS to 24.04.1, I have tried once before Disaster.
If you are interested, you can start reading my incorrect bug report 2078592 further
question 819255 i.a.  tangles with 22.04.5 and 24.04.1

Bug description:
  Between Aug 29 and Sep 2nd the upgrade was offered when running do-
  release-upgrade. Now it isn't offered anymore.
