Closing this as it is about a backport for a no longer supported

Title:
  sbuild should depend on libdpkg-perl ≥ 1.17.14

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  Confirmed
Status in sbuild package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  While backporting sbuild 0.71.0 to trusty, I ran into this runtime
  error:

   D: Error run_fetch_install_packages(): Undefined subroutine
  &Sbuild::ResolverBase::deps_iterate called at
  /usr/share/perl5/Sbuild/ResolverBase.pm line 1042.

  The deps_iterate routine was introduced in dpkg 1.17.14, so sbuild’s
  packaging need to be updated to require that version of libdpkg-perl
  (it currently requires 1.17.2 only).

  This problem exists upstream at git://anonscm.debian.org/buildd-
  tools/sbuild too.
