  can't install xubuntu-core

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Got this error while trying to upgrade to Ubuntu version 23.10.

  Currently running KDE-Plasma (5.27) on Tuxedo OS which is based on
  ubuntu.

  No details provided as to what's actually preventing the installation
  to be done ...
