There is no error message in the logs that would explain the failure.
Are you willing to help debugging the failure to find (and then resolve)
the root cause?

Can you edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/tzdata.postinst and add `set -x` in line
two and then run

```
sudo apt install -f
```
