It appears that when the extractor service was redeployed as part of the
datacenter / cloud migration, DNS was never updated; so the bit of
ubuntu-archive-publishing that imports this data (finalize.d/35-command-
not-found) has been "silently" failing. (It's probably in logs
somewhere but I guess no one is watching for this; and it certainly
shouldn't be a fatal error for archive publishing.)

I've requested a DNS update, those with access can see the status at

Title:
  /usr/lib/cnf-update-db fails

Status in command-not-found package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in command-not-found source package in Noble:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 24.04 on an arm64 system. /usr/lib/cnf-update-db
  fails to create the database.

  File /var/lib/apt/lists/ports.ubuntu.com_ubuntu-
  ports_dists_noble_Contents-arm64.lz4 matches the glob
  "/var/lib/apt/lists/*Contents*".

But there is no file matching "/var/lib/apt/lists/*Commands-*".

/usr/lib/cnf-update-db fails to create the database because it tries
  to read "/var/lib/apt/lists/*Commands-*".

When patching the script to force reading *Contents* a database is
created in /var/lib/command-not-found.db. And with that database I
receive hints which packages are missing.

  Best regards

  Heinrich
