Thanks for reporting this. It seems like this is related to memtest86++
being installed.

I won't have time this week, but I will take a look at this after the
holidays.

  Selecting 'advanced options' in the grub menu for my Ubuntu 24.10 I see some spurious entries in the menu displayed.
