Bug description:
  1.74.0+ds1-23.1ubuntu5 and boost1.83_1.83.0-3.1 fixed a CMP0167 error
  that was blocking cmake.

  But on armhf these autopkgtest errors occur for
  trigger=boost1.83/1.83.0-3ubuntu1&trigger=cmake/3.30.2-1
